The process consisted of multiple stages. I first applied online, added my cv, which was screened by human resources. The next step was a phone call with a recruiter. I was asked to motivate my application, and subsequently asked for my job preference within Deloitte. The recruiter invited me to attend a business case. The business case was done in groups. We were handed a brochure which expounded the situation of a fictitious company that had called in Deloitte for advice. Solving of the case consisted of an individual reading of the material, a group discussion and a presentation of the findings at the end. The whole process was in English and observed by someone from Deloitte. A few days later I got an invitation for two (out of three) interview: one with someone from human resources, and one with a senior manager from within the business unit to which I applied. The first interview was a (very) traditional job interview in three languages. The second interview was in English and was altogether much more casual and easygoing. We discussed my resume, and there were plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions. This last interview gave me the impression of a very open corporate culture, with a very down to earth attitude from people with seniority.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
