Interview
The application process included first a round of CV and cover letters which subsequently lead to a round of online personality, motivation and intelligence tests that had to be done within a specific time using an online website Talindex.

Question 1
Personality test includes a range of questions about our behaviours. So did the motivations test. The intelligence test included parts about abstract reasoning, numerical reasoning, logical reasoning and verbal aptitude (with syllogism analysis).
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
Very straightforward and highly intuitive, this process requires virtually no specialized technical knowledge or prior experience. It is designed to be simple, accessible, and easily manageable for almost anyone involved.
An online application review, digital assessments/initial calls lasts about 30 minutes, and one or more rounds of competency-based interviews. Behavioral, scenario-based, and technical questions, a case study or presentation. An assessment day.
