Interview
This was one of my first interviews and it actually took place during my senior year at university. There was an initial interview at my school's campus to weed through potential applicants. Was called again and offered a trip to Seattle to have an onsite interview. This part of the process took the better part of a day. Met with lots of different people, had lunch with the group, and enjoyed the trip.

What experiences have you had that make you feel prepared for this position?
Did an Hr interview and it went well they only asked for me to introduce myself, talk about my experience and how i would react on team situations. They also asked why i was applying and what i know about the position.
Interview consist of online assessment, assessment centre, and interview with senior audit manager and HR person to take notes. Interview is divided into strength, motivational and technical based interview. assessment centre
Final stage interview - two parts, topic discussion with an extra curveball question (you should try to prepare for potential curveball questions) and normal competency interview which was very laid back.
