First of all, a recruiter for HR went through the former experiences and education info and asked how much salary I expect, how long I am planning to stay in the company etc. After that, a PM from the consultant team carried out 2 case interviews back to back. Then, offer came in one week
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
