I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londen, Engeland) in Apr 2011
Interview
2 interviews + phone interview (very short), personality tests, skills tests.
Advice: Be honest. Be yourself. They appreciate your honesty more than "the answer they want to hear". Sometimes you might feel that they want to control your answer, don't get tricked by this - answer every question truthfully. And as always, if you can back up everything you say you should do fine.

Question 1
"One reason to why you wouldn't accept an offer from us?"
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
