Call with HR 6. 3, 30 min virtual interviews- technical, behavioral, and the last was more of a how do you implement your technical skills to solve problems related to the job itself 7. Offer a few days later Although it was a pretty lengthy process (30 days from recruiter call to offer), I throughly enjoyed my interviews with the Sr Managers and partner, they were very conversational in nature so it was easy to build rapport. This was for a Sr. Consultant level!
