Never apply to a company that brags about their inclusivity policy before you actually witness it.
Deloitte offered the opportunity to add extenuating circumstances to my application, so I did. I then had to wait two months and got a letter that I am invited to the next round. Then, I get another e-mail that I have to send proof of the circumstances first, which I then send exactly as they asked. Weeks later, I get a response, saying that I need to send proof of the circumstances (the proof they had already received, as was even confirmed by one of their employees). Months later, it happens again. Moral of the story: either Deloitte does not have any clue regarding how e-mails work, or they consciously try to keep people with disabilities out of their application process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londen, Engeland) in Oct 2018
Interview
very slick and easy to do. Deloitte will respond to you very promptly regardless of whether the news is good or bad. Skills assessment is quite long, and fairly challenging, however, it is effective in identifying strong candidates.
