Deloitte Senior Analyst interview questions

The interview put too much weight on technical areas especially one particular division of tax law and its application (spent like 20 minutes on technical questions for a 45 min interview, really?) Didn't have the chance to know much about the company culture or what the team is like. Please get to know the personality of your candidate and ask behavioural questions. Technical questions are accepted but never put too much weighting on them. You are looking for a teammate. Not a working machine.
