Leaders are very helpful in extracting the right things from candidates to meet the requirements.

Interview
There were multiple technical rounds related to my domain knowledge. Later there was an Managerial role from the Delivery Manger. After which there was an HR round.

there were 6 rounds of interview. In which client interview happens at last. Compare to people interview in India, I feel western people understand better and follow the process. They ask questions are per the job requirement unlike in Indian people.
