Applied online in late December 2020, was offered an interview towards the end of January, and received an offer less than a week later, much earlier than the rest of the Big 4. The interview itself was genuinely enjoyable and I felt very much at ease speaking to the two members of the department. After learning more about the company from my interviewers, I feel as though I was given an extremely fair opportunity to explain exactly what I am about in a relatively informal manner.
