I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Singapore) in Mar 2015
Interview
Before the interview there was a 20 min written test. In which they asked me to write top 3 priorities you look for in a job.
Thereafter I was interviewed by 2 Managers and the HR together. The interview was pretty general and they asked me about my previous experience.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Deloitte (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I worked with a recruiter, and the process was pretty smooth. I was emailed the information regarding the interview. Once I confirmed, the hotel room was booked. I drove up on a Wednesday for a Thursday morning interview. I met with 3 different individuals (a senior consultant and 2 managers). Each interview was one-on-one. They asked a lot of "get to know you" type questions. It was more of a conversation. Everybody was really nice. The body language of the 3rd interviewer, however, gave me the impression that he was a little "bored" with me. I probably didn't have enough conversation pieces to keep him engaged.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2013
Interview
Very quick process, applied in late August for an October start. Initially application form, followed by aptitude tests, e-tray exercise (now replaced with a critical thinking test), first interview (competency based, very rigorous) and a final partner interview (informal, friendly).
The first interview - check through Deloitte's competencies and have at least 2 examples of each to show skills relevant to the firm.
The Partner interview - prepare case study well and be prepared to answer questions thrown at you about your pitch. Research everything you're talking about thoroughly.
