Got initial call from HR Manager for phone screen weeks after I'd submitted my application. Spent quite a bit of time discussing my experience and the role and was told i would be contacted early the next week to arrange face to face interview. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, even though i messaged the HR Manager for an update after a week. Eventually got a call back and met with HR Manager and Finance Director.
