First, completed a phone screen interview with the hiring manager. Once the hiring manager decided to move onto a second interview, a design test was assigned for completion and presentation at the second interview.
Second, had a two hour interview with the hiring manager and their team where the design test was presented. Then met with the CTO and the Culture/HR Director. Each interview was a very relaxed environment. You should still present yourself in a professional manner, but each person was very warm and inviting. They promoted a very open, two-way communication between you and them.
