Quick fast response initially. After a few interviews, the communication stopped for weeks and months even without hearing a word. I am not upset about not being hired, I want the best person for the job, but the lack of communication and follow through was difficult and frustrating.

It was very very easy and simple. They basically read a script during the interview over the phone and ask you to read two paragraphs from their website page. I was very tired and messed up my reading a few times but I still got the job. It was not bad it was just very quick and not really reassuring of anything.
