Dynata interview questions

I was contacted to schedule an interview. I asked if a specific time worked and they confirmed, stating they would call me at that time later in the day. I never got a call. I emailed to ask if they would like to reschedule and never heard anything. Very unprofessional.

Had a phone interview that I thought went well and then received an offer for their virtual call center agent position. After a week of not receiving any information regarding training or when I would be able to begin position, I sent an email to ask for an update. No response. I sent another email 2 weeks later and still have yet to hear anything from them. This lack of communication is really unprofessional.
