Dynata interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by HR within a number of days to set up a phone interview. After about 3 days they scheduled an in person interview with two of the department heads. It was a 20 minute casual conversation where they asked a lot of situational questions: how would you handle this, when have you been, what would you do if, etc. They were all very easy questions followed by a 15 minute excel and word assessment test.

They are very responsible, HR emailed every details before the interview. During the interview, the interviewees are nice and inspiring. There is a mix of experience questions and personality test. Very good experience.
