EPAM Systems Backend Developer interview questions

Recruiter contacted me via linkedIn and we had an initial interview asking for teck stack and experience. After that I had a technical intervew that lasted 1.5h asking concepts about java core, springboot, aws and SQL with a small coding challenge. At the end of the intervew the interviewer said that the results would not take longer than a week so if that time passes i should reach out to the recruiter. The week passed and I reached out to the recruiter via linkedIn and Email and got gosthed. It was a very bad experience because I was really interested in the position and not to even had any feedback was demoralizing.

The interviewers made a good impression and described the whole process and future internal activities. The interview took place on their platform, with an opportunity to write some snippets of code without compilation, overall the interview process went really fast.
