The interview process was smooth and well-structured, making communication easy and comfortable. As a result, I successfully passed it. The team maintained a respectful and professional attitude throughout, ensuring a positive experience. The questions were thoughtfully formulated, allowing me to showcase my skills effectively. The interviewer for the second stage (technical interview) was very clear, and quite condescending (in a positive way). He asked me a lot about tools for microservices work, SDLC, SCRUM, Java, Software Architecture, etc. But it was to adapt my knowledge to available projects.
