I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Haiderabad) in Jul 2019
Interview
The selection process was smooth. The first coding test was online with a camera proctored. There were 3 coding questions. The first one was 10 marks easy, 2nd was 30 marks medium, 3rd was hard 60 marks.
After getting selected in the first exam, I received mail for the next rounds in a college. It was a campus pool. There was an introduction session and then the next round of coding and technical questions were conducted. The MCQs were tricky and the questions hard. I scored around 90% cumulative in the coding section.
After qualifying the second coding round, students were shortlisted for group discussions. Each group consisted of 6 people and it was timed. The topic given to me was 'Changing trends in parenting'. I took many chances to speak and voiced my opinion accepting someone else's view and gently criticizing someone else's.
I was the only one selected from our group to the next round which was the Technical Interview. My interviewer was patient. She understood that I was nervous and waited for a brief 2 minutes for me to calm down. The main questions asked were OOPs concepts, Data Structures. Then she asked me to explain my code which I wrote in the test. The interaction was positive.
I got shortlisted from the technical interview as well. The team was understanding and cooperative and offered female students to complete their interviews beforehand.
Then I was sent to HR Interview. The interview was smooth. The interviewer just understood my perspective and was very friendly.
I received a mail that I was selected.

The questions were mostly focused on OOPs concepts, Constructors, Data Structures.
First round is an HR interview, few basic HR questions and speaking in english. Then you have to take a technical programming test at home. It contains small tasks, not that hard - like a puzzle, you have to put every part to it's place. The final round is a technical interview.
