HR contact me via the LinkedIn. He was really professional. I had about 1-hour video call with HR. He explained everything: What does EPAM do, how relocation process would go etc.
They give me 2 weeks for preparing the technical interview. The technical interview lasted for about 1 hour. In few days I got an offer.

Question 1
Questions were for about Spring framework, Java Streams, algorithms and data structures, concurrency programming, design patterns. The technical interview would go very well if you have just good working experience. My friends also had the interviews for the same position and they told me that it was really difficult (they did not got an offer). Anyway, I think it depends on you.

I were nice, casual talks. 2 actually, one was tech screening and the other was Resource manager talk. I was asked of story of the employment, projects I participated in, some quite easy questions from Java SE/EE. Then, after I was hired some team fit interviews took place and I was given the opportunity to choose a project .

The interview was held via skype, usual questions about .net, sql. Although I was interviewing for web-developer role, interviewers didn't seem to know much about it and were more interested in back-end .net, multithreading and stuff.
