I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Kraków) in Feb 2015
Interview
First there's a phone-screen interview with talent acquisition which, I suppose, was to verify language proficiency. After passing that, there was a 1:1 interview in the company office. The process is quick and focused on verifying skill, experience and knowledge. None of the usual questions, brainteasers and multiple technical interviews I've encountered elsewhere (which was refreshing).
