I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Medellín, Antioquia) in Jul 2022
Interview
There were two interviews, the first one was a general interview, they ask you about your previous experience, your salary, your salary expectations, why you want to work with EPAM, and they explain to you some of the benefits. If this first interview goes well, then you are scheduled for a second one, this is the technical interview.
The technical interview is focused on the role you applied for, in my case, I applied for a Python Developer position, so the interviewer was there to check my Python expertise. This interview was not that hard, it was more like a conversation where based on what I said the interviewer was asking more about that topic. There was also some screen sharing where I had to resolve some code challenges.
