it was two round of technical interview followed by client interview. And one HR round was there. they asked jsp/jstl spring mvc and some of database questions.hiring process was very smooth. But Immigrations guys took long time to process my H1B transfer

First there's a phone-screen interview with talent acquisition which, I suppose, was to verify language proficiency. After passing that, there was a 1:1 interview in the company office. The process is quick and focused on verifying skill, experience and knowledge. None of the usual questions, brainteasers and multiple technical interviews I've encountered elsewhere (which was refreshing).
