The process of an internal technical interview usually takes 1.5 - 2 hours. Communication takes place in a conversational manner, and most of the questions are intended for checking the candidate's theoretical background and understanding of how things work under the hood. Be ready to get some "explain how this code works" questions and a few small live-coding tasks (for example, I got just one). The technical interview was challenging enough, but not overcomplicated, and in my opinion, the company found a good balance here.
