WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS!! These guys make fools of everyone. I waited for 3 hours in their premise for the first round of interview. One of their talent recruitment team members came over there and started explaining why did it take so long. My first round went really good. The interviewer got impressed . He called HR in front of me and confirmed for next round in the upcoming week. But then I didn't hear back from them. I tried to follow up over email, but no luck.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Haiderabad) in Apr 2018

Interview
First technical discussion, where the techincal panel is holding off 10 years experience, but where they don't have common sense to handle people who came for interview. They make interview candidate down by their activitives. They need for training how to treat candidate in interview. Hr people are very nice and polite. But the candidate who are taking techincal interviews are very bad behavior. It's very good if you people are keeping 10 years experienced candidate in panel, but please make sure that the panel is having good way of communication and patience to handle the people in smooth. Make candidate feel comfortable. might be epam will pay more but if this continues, company loose the repetition in the market. Hope these will be taking care
