I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ebury (Londen, Engeland) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process was composed of 4 different rounds:
- Screening interview
- Hiring manager
- Case interview with product designer and software manager.
- Last round with head of product
The recruiter was really nice and the process went fast and smooth (in two weeks it was done).

- Technical questions...

Interview
HR person for the initial call is nice. Had that first after she reached out. Then had a call/interview with the head of product. Was supposed to be a 45 min call but then she said at the start can only be 30 mins due to another call she had (not a great candidate experience). Interview seemed random, there were relevant questions but no structure. After passing this there was a final stage with another in the actual team in the same area. This was again not really structured and the interview seemed random.
Average process - but fairly quick. Interviews lacked structure and the head of product somewhat made the candidate experience sufferwhen she said she could only do 30 mins instead of the allocated 45 for the interview (less time for questions)

Interview
Aside from the screening call, there were two stages. The first was a call with the hiring manager, and the second was a call with the Tech Lead and another Product Manager. Both interviews were more behavioral than technical in nature, and aimed to determine my approach to product management.
The process was well structured and the recruitment team at Ebury did a great job at keeping me informed at each step. The lead recruiter on my case was also able to speed up the process when I informed her that I was in final stages with another company. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the recruitment process.
