Left for over an hour after the scheduled interview call time with no indication of reason. Interviewer finally joined the call 90 minutes later. No indication of rejection afterwards beyond an email asking for interview feedback a month later. Terrible process

A formal employee sent my CV to the team lead of the product development team. Then I was invited to an interview. The lead and a QA participated the interview and mainly they questioned my background.
