I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Lansing, MI) in Jun 2014
Interview
Very quick and easy. Not huge hoops to jump through. If you can meet the requirements and fit the mode of the team player, that's great. Your schedule must be flexible but you do get to make your own schedule because you are virtually on-call. The manager gives you a call the day before and ask if your available to work. its as simple as yes or no, which makes it perfect for a second job or for a retiree.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Melbourne, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
After applying online you should get a phone call within a day or two if they want you for an interview. The interview was at the airport, so the setting was very unprofessional and public, but the interviewer was very polite and friendly, making the process much easier. My best tip for you would be to dress very well for the interview and dont be too professional. You will get boring and stiff and they dont want that
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They use a lot of experience based questions, want you to tell them stories of your past failures/success/changes. Just prepare some good employment tales beforehand not to be caught off guard.
