I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Submitted details and applications through their website.
Within a month, I received an invite to a video interview and had to send my driving license beforehand.
The video interview asked basic questions.
The interviewer told me that I got through to the branch visit at the end of the video interview.
Branch visit was good, as you shadowed an employee for 1-2 hours and then an interview with the hiring manager. That interview felt more of a conversation so it was great.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
describe a time when you went above and beyond for customer service, why do you want to work for us, give us an introduction to yourself, and any questions?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Plymouth, Engeland) in Aug 2019
Interview
Short and non-intrusive, felt like a box ticking exercise mostly. The interviewer did not seem engaged in the slightest and most likely reflected in my answers. All in, lasted around half an hour and offered little insight into life at Enterprise or the specificities of what progression paths could look like for a post-Graduate.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Manchester City Centre, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
