Interview
Answer 100 questions about the business with the business manager and the risk manager. Also have to complete a cash box and a manual correction to cash box. Be able to look at the per unit and identify areas of opportunity. You will have to do a trunk to trunk on either an actual car or a Styrofoam model. Then do 10-12 role plays with area managers addressing the 4 core areas of business.

Detailed discussion and interview process. A few rounds meeting the team and explaining the process of the branch. They try to understand how you work and what drives you to see if you are decent fit
3 part interview. First on the phone, second is an observation and third is the final interview. Very easy if you commit to it. Just read the description of the role and cater your answers around that

It was a three stage process in total. First stage was a telephone interview. The second stage was a phone interview and the third stage was an in branch interview. All interviewers were professional and pleasant throughout the process.
