First was a quick telephone interview...
asking a couple of questions about past experiences and what was on my CV.
Next I was invited to a face to face interview that lasted 40 minutes.
Competency based questions based on sales experiences, customer service experiences and leadership experiences.
I have been successful and now awaiting my branch interview date. Good Luck All.

Polite but slightly unprofessional and inaccurate to the job description. SHadowed first and just sat at the desk doing nothign really for an hour as the manager wasn't ready to interview me yet.
