I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Staines, Engeland) in Jan 2017
Interview
This is a three stage process - first, an interview with a recruitment specialist; second, a visit to a local branch where you engage with some of the employees and have an interview with the branch manager, and then finally an assessment day.
The assessment day went as follows: arrive to begin at 8am, a sales roleplay and customer service role play (you have ten minutes to prepare for this), done in private with one assessor, then a morning meeting given to two assessors (the information you need to present is given to you and you have 20 minutes to prepare).
There is then a group discussion, where you are given incentives and have to present your incentive and together decide on one incentive for the group to present. This is a great opportunity to present yourself as a negotiator, leader, and communicator. This is observed by all four assessors.
Finally, there is an interview with one final assessor, which is similar to the interviews in the first two stages.
Feedback is given after every single stage, and lunch is then provided by Enterprise before you then leave. There was also an afternoon session on the day I attended, and they were given lunch before they started.
Everyone was really friendly and it was not an intimidating process. You have to remember Enterprise will hire you if they really think you have worth and will fit in with the business ethos; they do not have a limited number of jobs to fill.
I heard back the next day from the recruitment specialist from the first stage. This person stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process; all the recruiters you come into contact with are keen and ready to offer you tips and guidance on how to present yourself properly and how to succeed.
