Interview
I was first contacted by HR to set a meeting to meet with her. She next set up a meeting for me to meet the branch manager and area manager where I would be located. After that interview I had to meet with the regional vice president.

Question 1
Basically had behavioral questions. Tell me a time when...... You had to work in a group, you dealt with a difficult customer, etc.. They also asked if you would be ok working 50 hours a week and also washing cars on occasions

Interview
Detailed discussion and interview process. A few rounds meeting the team and explaining the process of the branch. They try to understand how you work and what drives you to see if you are decent fit
3 part interview. First on the phone, second is an observation and third is the final interview. Very easy if you commit to it. Just read the description of the role and cater your answers around that

Interview
It was a three stage process in total. First stage was a telephone interview. The second stage was a phone interview and the third stage was an in branch interview. All interviewers were professional and pleasant throughout the process.
