I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Clovis, CA) in Dec 2009
Interview
I received a call from the recruiter who gave me the time and date for the group interview. There were about 15 candidates, two managers and the recruiter around the table during the interview. After the initial explanation of the available position, we all took turns going around the table and answering different questions on our past situational job experiences, knowledge of the company and "what would you do if ....." type questions. Than were offered time to ask questions of our own and were dismissed to wait for a call about another interview or not. I received a call about 1 hour later and scheduled a 1:1 interview for the following week. That interview was more like a conversation about how I respond to different customer situations in my current job, took about 40 min.

Question 1
What is some background information on the company?
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
