The interview process was professional. I wore business professional attire for the zoom meeting as well as the in-person meeting in the branch. I thought James was great, he was really personable and made the interview session a very comfortable setting.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.

Received a phone call from them about a phone screening and then next steps. The phone call was horrible. Persons attitude was horrible. Was completely put off by the whole process
