I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Carlisle, PA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Horrible. They stated they would be calling in two days making it out like I got the job, then ghosted me. It's more hilarious because I had more skills and abilities than anyone there. It's too wild.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General Starr questions. It's face-to-face with the DM after you sit down with an asst. manager and get a quick tour of the location. Beware of the location's hours. Seems a lot of people don't look at that and get screwed with OT that doesn't make up for the lost time. This store's hours weren't bad, but they were about to change, so I guess I lucked out. Think positive. They also only hire within, so if you have high ambitions. Get ready to put in the work and time. It will take at least 4 to 5 years before you really get going.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
1st initial screening call
2nd interview is with Branch Manager and Area Manager - mostly assessing fit and experience
3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Owensboro, KY)
Interview
Received a phone call from them about a phone screening and then next steps. The phone call was horrible. Persons attitude was horrible. Was completely put off by the whole process
