Enterprise Mobility Management-Trainee interview questions

The initial interview was conducted with a recruiter over Teams. She asked me very few personal questions, just where I am currently studying and what are three things I look for in a company. I was not given an opportunity to give an elevator pitch. The rest of the interview consisted of situational questions ("Tell me about a time when..."). Each time, she barely let me respond before moving on to the next question. The whole interview felt like she had already determined the outcome before logging on.

1. HR phone interview - took about 30 mins 2. Interview with Branch/Area Manager - about an hour 3. Interview with city manager - about an hour, seemed to be more of a conversation
