3 round interview process. Very straightforward and easy. Great people during interviews. VP interview at the end. Area manager interview in the middle. Interview with recruiter during the beginning stages.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Scarborough, ON) in Dec 2024
Interview
3 part interview. First one was virtual and final one was in person. Interview got rescheduled thrice at the very last minute. Second and final interview happened together. Was asked multiple followup questions and they seemed provocative as they were already answered. Description of career path seemed bold and strange. Interviewer stated strange job duties which are not included in the job description such as cleaning cars and storing cleaning equipments. Job was mostly customer service based and car cleaning/detailing based.

Question 1
How did you handle tough customers and peak hour operations? When customers were being difficult, did it make you feel bad? Of course it made you feel bad, you do not have to deny it. What did you do then?
Fairly straight forward process. There was one virtual interview with HR and one in person interview with the management team. They show you the office, introduce you to everyone and discuss metrics.
