The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2010
Interview
I met the recruiter at a school career fair. He was personable. I applied and within 24 hours received a phone call. I passed the initial phone interview and scheduled a one on one interview with the recruiter for the following week. That interview went very well. We just went over my resume and the position. There were a few situational questions but not many. I was then sent to observe the branch I would possibly be working for and then went in a week or two later for a second interview with the division manager (I think). That went OK. He presented the position differently than his recruiter did. He and I didn't click well so I didn't interview well on purpose. I stayed polite and attentive. I was asked questions such as "How do you define success?". I was told that he wanted someone aggressive and competitive and that this position didn't use suggestive sales (even though that's the term his recruiter used). I would say the interview process was fine but it just wasn't for me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2010
Interview
The online application was long and redundant. The phone interview was uninformative so I had to agree to a face toface interview in order to get more information. The face to face interview was misleading although I did get some background on the company and a lot of success stories about other manager trainees who had rapidly advanced throught the ranks. After that I was scheduled for an onsite interview with a store manager, on the day before teh interview I was called to confirm and when I arrived the following day I waited approximately 90 minutes for the manager who never bothered to show up or call to cancel or say he wasn't coming in that day. While in the office i noticed a lot of things that bothered me like the length of time customers were waitign for service, short abrupt phone conversations when people called with questions, and apparently under-staffed. My advice----steer clear of this place, they consume all the daylight hours of your life... including weekends, micromanage, speak about customer service but beat you into submission with sales quotas. The traiing they provide for those who can stand the abuse is exceptional, which will make you an asset somewhere else, but it is definitely not the place for educated career minded individuals who are looking for a career change.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2010
Interview
Ran into the company recruiter at a career fair. Attended their information session where they hyped up the company. Was encouraged to set up an interview and then went to it. Prior to the interview, I found out they expect you to work 49 hours a week and get paid $32,000.00. so I was already kind of turned off by that. I got there 15 minutes early and was called in immediately and sat in this tiny room with the recruiter and myself. Very personable but since I was no longer interested, felt very awkward and got nervous (will take the job if nothing else comes and I get an offer...bad economy = need a job!).
