In the Telephone interview, the focus was mainly on general information. Then, the online interview was more about getting to know the candidate and the company more deeply. And in the in-person interview, they asked more about how you work in a team, your motivations etc.

It was a lot of past situations solve questions? how did you handle [situation]... etc, They want to review how did you react and problem-solving past situations in university or previous job

Muy honesto en cuanto a las responsabilidades y objetivos de la posición. Luego la persona de RRHH super atenta a el proceso, no solo por correo sino tambien por whatsapp. Tuve una entrevista on site y tuve la oportunidad de visitar las instalaciones. luego me entrevistó la persona que iba a ser mi manager, muy abierto y correcto todo el proceso
