I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jun 2011
Interview
The interview was very run-of-the-mill. Asked me what I saw myself doing in 5 years, why I thought I would be a good fit, ect. She also spent a lot of time trying to sell the company. I wasn't very interested in the position but figured I would go and hear them out anyways. She could tell I wasn't interested. No call back.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Las Vegas, NV) in Dec 2011
Interview
I received a phone interview from a recruiter, which went much the same way as everyone else here has reported. Next, I was invited to come in for one on one interview with the same recruiter. That went well and after passing that I was set up for a second interview with a branch manager and area manager. During that, I job shadowed and watched store operations for an hour before the interview. Next, I was invited to interview with the Regional manager. That went well and after that I had to fill out information for background check. I am waiting for the next step!

Question 1
"Why would your prior employer lay you off if you are so great at sales?"
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Apr 2011
Interview
I got an email from school saying that pre qualified. I applied and a few days later I was given a date by email to go interview at the career center on my school's campus. I had a one on one interview with HR and when the interview was over I was offered the second interview on the spot. The second interview you have to do an observation for an hour and then you interview with the branch manager or the area manager. I interviewed with the area manager. They called me a few days later to set up the third and final interview with the branch manager and was offered the job like a week later.
