Enterprise Mobility Trainee Manager interview questions

The person who interviewed me via video was not engaged, asked no probing questions… the process is superficial and colossal waste of my time. The person would sip her beverage after asking me a question. It was ultra unimpressive. I thought I was interviewing for an actual management position. I have over 25 years experience in the key areas and I have the educational requirements. When she said trainee … I laughed inside. Then she asked why would enterprise invest in me…. I replied because I invested in myself in overage of what they are willing to pay or invest in me.., therefore I am a Great Investment….Within less than 24 hours I was sent my rejection letter…

Très bon processus de recrutement avec des interlocuteurs très sympathique et bienveillant qui nous mette directement à l'aise. Moi qui de base a du mal lors de mes entretiens, celui-ci c'est très bien passé.
