I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (South Florida, FL)
Interview
Three interviews are required before an acceptance letter is done
First with Talent acquisition to make sure u actually qualify for the job
Second with a branch observation and then Area Manager....pretty much stay in the branch for about an hour to see how things normally happen and the finally with the Regional Manager at corporate,
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2024
Interview
The person who interviewed me via video was not engaged, asked no probing questions… the process is superficial and colossal waste of my time. The person would sip her beverage after asking me a question. It was ultra unimpressive. I thought I was interviewing for an actual management position. I have over 25 years experience in the key areas and I have the educational requirements. When she said trainee … I laughed inside. Then she asked why would enterprise invest in me…. I replied because I invested in myself in overage of what they are willing to pay or invest in me.., therefore I am a Great Investment….Within less than 24 hours I was sent my rejection letter…
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions vary it’s a psychological interview… so I would think the younger or more impressionable you are the interviewer will sense that and not feel threatened and hire you … dumb down and pretend to be excited to be a trainee and I think your chances of getting hired will increase tremendously
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Avignon, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur)
Interview
Très bon processus de recrutement avec des interlocuteurs très sympathique et bienveillant qui nous mette directement à l'aise. Moi qui de base a du mal lors de mes entretiens, celui-ci c'est très bien passé.
