I applied online. I interviewed at Environmental Protection Agency in Mar 2021
Interview
Conducted a Teams interview with a panel of 3 other scientists and a division manager. They asked some general behavioral and situational type questions, as well some questions about my background/ resume. Interview panel was very pleasant, professional and relaxed, so the interview didn’t feel like a test which can be the case sometimes when going on federal government interviews.

Interview
Very difficult questions that focused on specific situations. I was asked to also cite case law. Everyone was kind, but it was hard to read people as the 1st interview was over the phone. I did not have a second interview.

Interview
Pretty straightforward interview process. Mainly behavioral questions and questions about my previous experience and why I want the role (and why epa specifically). Very friendly and at ease interviewers. Also gave time for me to ask my own questions.
