Pretty scripted questions and flow with a group of three potential coworkers at a couple different locations. Some very specific and others broad and more open-ended. Mostly by-the-book but just enough to keep you on your toes.

Supposed to do face-to-face interview, so I went to the Interview location, but phone interview was done instead at last minute, which was unexpected. It was kinda hard to find the interview location in DC. So, it would be wise to go early and prepare for the expected.....

Interview
The interview process consisted of three people, the Dept. Director, the manager, and one expert engineer. They asked questions related to the position to determine the knowledge in the field. Approximate 30 field related questions were asked. They also asked questions related to work management. The questions below are an example of questions asked. (Not verbatim)

Can you explain how you were able to handle a chaotic situation that you had in your previous jobs with either your superiors or peers? What was the outcome?
