Interview
The interview process was quite simple. After my resume was selected, I received an email from the hiring manager informing me of a call coming soon from the head of the department I was selected for. After that the head of the department and I schedule a meeting for an interview. The interview was a panel format, featuring three interviewers who conducted the session with me. The session lasted about 30 minutes where each interviewer took turns asking questions and left me time at the end to ask my own. After the interview ended, a few weeks later I received a phone call offering me a soft offer before the firm offer that will come in the email later that month.

Interview
Panel interview with leader of the team you’ll be working for, the mentor that will guide you, and the coordinator of the internship. The interview mainly helped me prepare for what the role would be like and was a great preparation for future interview once I officially enter the work force.
