Interview
I applied on Epic's Career website. The process took 4-5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Verona, WI in February 2019.
I applied for the Project Manager position but was given the option to interview also for the Technical Problem Solver role. After the initial phone interview with a current Epic Project Manager, I was required to perform a Skills Assessment and Personality Assessment which included some logic questions as well as some coding questions (which you can solve without the skill or experience with coding). Few days later I was invited to Epic to interview and had a day-long interview. The night before you have the option to have dinner with a Epic employee along with a group of others who are interviewing the same day as you. The interview consisted of a general software overview, case-studies, a 10-minute presentation, and an HR interview. About a week after the interview I got a phone call from HR informing me that I got the position.

Question 1
How would you handle a disagreement with a coworker?
The process starts with a role introduction from a current employee, then a skills assessment, and then an interview. The interview was completed in stages with sections done in group settings and an individual interview.

Question 1
Why project management as opposed to a more technical position?
3 rounds - with final round being multi part. You take an exam and a personality test and do a final interview, and presentation. The presentation could be over any topic.

Interview
Apply online. Sign up via emailed link for a 15m phone intro, and sign up for a round of 5 assessments that you have to take in one sitting (budget 2-3hrs). Then do the Rembrandt Profile Assessment (you don't get your results as they're PI) and that's about 40min.
On the call you learn about Epic and the role, they make sure you're still interested, get your questions answered by a current PM on the team who's interviewing you, then get told your recruiter will reach out and you'll either move on, or move "on" kind of vibe.
