I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Aug 2023
Interview
They ask you to relocate to Wisconsin! Mandatorily! A completely different city was listed on the job description and I was only informed of the mandatory relocation policy after an exhausting round on test. They made me take a time-consuming, brainy online test (they asked me to reserve 3-4 hours, took me 2 hours to finish) which included question that had nothing to do with your ability to succeed in a job. For example, there were multiple "find the difference" games that had to be answered in 10 seconds. After the 2-hour energy-draining exam, they didn't provide any feedback on how I did on the test. Then it followed with 2 phone calls with their recruiters asking some pretty standard questions listed below.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why Epic? Why did you leave your previous jobs?
The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.

Question 1
Explain a process that you find interesting. This can be any process - manufacturing, distribution of products, or a method to create something.
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
