Interview
Had a short phone interview and a few hours later got a email for a online test. Test took a couple hours and was very code heavy. The test had 3 fairly difficult code questions and some multiple choice about a made of code language.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Was pretty straightforward. A low level technical question about determining if a string is a shift of another, and some basic discussion. Technical assessment was hard but fair. Three parts in the technical assessment, speed evaluation, technical learning, and coding.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Code an algorithm that counts the first letters of every word in a given string and print the character and its count in alphabetical order.

Interview
The first part of the interview after submitting your application involves a phone interview. Like everyone said, the questions asked are pretty basic. Once completed, I got an email saying they would like to move on in the interview process. The second part was a programming assessment through Proctor U. You get asked a bunch of math questions in a short period of time, then get taught a hypothetical programming language that you have to answer questions about. Finally you have like 4 questions that you have to code for with either Java, C++, or C.
