We had a group case study with a couple other interviewees. There was a 10-minute presentation, after which there was a Q&A. Lastly, there was a behavioral interview with the recruiter, which was fairly chill. If you get an interview you're basically accepted; they primarily hire based on the exams.

Question 1
"What is one thing you would change about [presentation topic]?"
I was invited to complete an personality and skills assessment, then role introduction via video which did not require the use of camera or audio. The personality assessment has questions that assess consistency about your personality (MBTI-style questions).
The skills assessment has basic comprehension, math, and logic ("coding") questions. To prepare, you could just review ACT/SAT material.

Question 1
How many minutes is it before 5:00 PM if 30 minutes ago it was four times as many minutes past 3:00 PM?
Straightforward. Apply, complete aptitude tests (coding, brain teasers, qualitative reasoning) and then one long super day (hear about different positions, small group case presentation, speak with HR). After this, ended up hearing back within a week.
