I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Milwaukee, WI) in May 2020
Interview
First you must apply online, then you should receive and email offering you a phone interview. The phone interview is about 20 minutes long. During the interview they tell you about the company and the role. Then they tell you they will email you information about
a skills assessment. After taking the assessment, you move on to a final interview.
Got an email to apply so I did, ended up doing a phone interview which was pretty brief and easy, then skills assessment which was long and not as easy.

Interview
I was recruited via my college's job board. I filled out an application and did the preliminary phone call with a current project manager, and was invited to the next round which was a three hour long timed skills assessment. I took the test and advanced to the final round, where I interviewed via zoom for three hours and had to give a ten minute presentation. I also had to provide references, fill out a second application, and take a personality test. I was told at the end of the interview that I'd find out within a two week period; a few days later, the recruiter reached back out to me about another position he was considering me for. I again did another phone call with a current employee, and reported back to the recruiter. Although they had been great about contacting me and following up earlier on in the process, they became unreachable and silent after the second interview. I reached out after the two week period to check on the status of my application, and received no response. Today I received word that I wasn't chosen for either position. For the amount of time and energy the applications and interviews require, I was very disappointed by the lack of transparency at the end, given the amount of interest and engagement they expressed throughout the process. It felt like a waste of time.
